Welcome to Keen Group - We are Keen

The Company was formed in 2017 when a need for a electrification provider was identified as part of Rural Development in South Africa. Initially we operated within the Limpopo Province, and Our growth and speciality moved us beyond our borders, supplying products and specialised services to the Electrical Industry. We are registered with the CIDB on grades 4EB ,4CE,4GB and 5EP PE and a successful Level 1 BBBEE compliant company. To maintain this level not only are we 100% black owned, we embrace the other objectives of BBBEE such as management control, enterprise and supplier development, skills development and social economic development. Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) is important for the sustainability of our Company and the industry. We are proud to be an ISO certified company.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Talent identification has always been and continues to be a very important aspect of Keen Group’s recruitment strategy. Our Management Development Programme was launched with the aim of developing our management in various aspects of construction management. As the Company has expanded, more opportunities have arisen, creating the ideal opportunity for individuals to grow with the group. This is an ongoing process and will continue to be mutually beneficial to the Company and staff.

BUSINESS AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Keen Group has been proactive in developing entrepreneurs. Black staff members with particular skills were identified and mentored to become independent contractors. With this mentoring, administrative assistance and financial support, these contractors are currently running successful businesses and offer their services to the industry at large.

We are committed to the development and upliftment of the communities within the areas of our operations. Annually various projects are undertaken to fulfil our commitment to this cause.

Training and education is important to us, we thus have successful training and bursary schemes in place for our employees and students studying towards a qualification within the Industry.
